How can I make changes to the details on my account?
Managing your account has never been easier! Simply log into your Dr. Dennis Gross Account and visit 'My Account Info.' From there you can update and edit your account in various ways including, changing your address, adding a phone number or even registering a new device!

How can I manage my product subscriptions?
Please log into your Dr Dennis Gross Skincare account. Once logged in, under 'My Account' please click on the 'Auto Replenishment' tab and you can make changes such as changing the frequency of shipping or cancelling a subscription.

I'm having trouble logging into my account, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in! We would first suggest trying to login by opening a new browsing window on a PC or tablet. If you are still unable to login, please feel free to send us an email at clientcare@drdennisgross.com and we will be happy to help!
If your account was created before 06/16/25, please note that you will need to reset your password to access your account as we made some updates to our site.

I've forgotten my account password, how do I reset it?
If you've forgotten your password please click on the 'My Account' icon and under 'Login' please click on the 'Forgot Your Password' link and enter your email address. This will send a link to your email to reset your password on your drdennisgross.com account.

How do I close my account with Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare?

How do I unsubscribe from Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare emails/texts?
We're sorry to see you go! In any marketing email, please scroll to the bottom of the message and select 'Unsubscribe.' For SMS texts, please respond back 'STOP' to the text and you will be removed from the text subscription.
