How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
Simply add an e-Gift card to your cart in the amount of your choice ($25 - $500) and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

How can I get a promo code to use against an order?
The best way to stay up to date on all our sales and promos is by subscribing to emails and SMS messages.

I've lost my E-Gift Card, how can I get a replacement?

Can I use more than one promo code against my order?
Discount and promotional codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers. However, you will still be able to redeem your free samples with every order.

Do you offer paper or non-electronic Gift Cards?
At this time, we only offer E-Gift cards.

How do I use my Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Gift Card?
During check out, you can expand the "Apply Gift Card" section. You will enter the gift card code into the box and choose to "see balance" for the card, or immediately "apply" the balance to your order.
If you purchased or received your Dr Dennis Gross Skincare gift card before 06/16/25 and are experiencing issues using your gift card on the site, please feel free to reach out to Client Care at clientcare@drdennisgross.com to receive instructions on how to use your gift card on your order.

Are there any exclusions on discounts and promotional codes?
Site-wide discounts and promotional codes may not be applied to holiday kits, value sets or virtual bundles unless the discount is specifically marketed to be applied to holiday kits, value sets or virtual bundles. For each unique promotion and/ or discount, you can easily reference the exact terms and conditions by visiting: https://www.drdennisgross.com/terms-conditions.html. Please note, the site does not support discount stacking and only 1 discount or promotion can be applied per transaction.

Can you help with using my promo code at the checkout?
When using a promotional or discount code, please enter the code at checkout into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section and click Apply. The discount code section is conveniently located on the right-hand side of the checkout panel, under the items currently in your cart. Only 1 discount or promotional code can be used per order. If you are experiencing any difficult in applying your code, please feel free to reach out to Client Care at clientcare@drdennisgross.com.
