This hydrating cleanser removes makeup–even stubborn waterproof makeup–and impurities without the use of water and without stripping the moisture barrier. • Skin-soothing, water-break gel-cream designed for morning and/or night use.
• On dry skin with dry hands, massage thoroughly onto the face until makeup, dirt, and oil are dissolved.
• Remove gently with a microfiber cloth or cotton round–rinsing with water is optional.
