• Are Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare's products cruelty free?

  Yes, all Dr Dennis Gross Skincare products are cruelty free. PETA appreciates and recognizes Dr Dennis Gross Skincare's™ commitment to remaining cruelty-free. As proud members of PETA's Caring Consumer Project, we assure our customers that animal tests are neither conducted nor commissioned for our products, formulations, or ingredients. We proudly are, and always will be, an animal-loving company!

• Do you offer samples?

  Yes! With every purchase, you can add up to 2 free samples! Once you're done shopping click the shopping bag icon in the top right and select "View and Edit Cart" (rather than Go to Checkout) and there you will have samples to choose from!

• What if my favorite product is out of stock?

  We love that you have a favorite product but are sorry it’s out of stock! Contact the Client Care team https://www.drdennisgross.com/content-contact-us.html for the most up-to-date information about product replenishment.

• What products or devices would you regimen for me while I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

  Congratulations on your bundle of joy! We're so happy for you! While many of our products are very gentle and LED therapy is a safe, gentle treatment we cannot make any recommendations for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We have not tested any of our products on pregnant or breastfeeding women so out of an abundance of care and caution for mom and baby we always recommend checking with your doctor before beginning any new product(s) or device(s). We have conveniently provided all of our ingredients for each product on its dedicated page so that you may easily share ingredients with your physician when requesting clearance.

• Are your products Gluten Free?
  Because of the nature in which cosmetic items are manufactured, we cannot guarantee that items are gluten free. We have evaluated the ingredients currently used in our product line to provide a list of possible gluten-containing ingredients derived from wheat, rye, barley, and oats. These are products formulated with Gluten:

  • All In One Cleanser (oat kernel)
  • C + Collagen Perfect Skin Set and Refresh Mist (colloidal oatmeal)
  • Alpha Beta® Ultra Gentle Daily Peel-Step 2 (colloidal oatmeal)
  • Our other products appear to be gluten free, but there may be additional ingredients that are not known by us to contain gluten. Furthermore, trace amounts of gluten may be included in the formula due to manufacturing.
• How often should I use my Alpha Beta Daily peel pads?

  For the best results, use your Alpha Beta® Daily Peels daily wipes every day followed by your favorite Dr Dennis Gross Skincare serum and moisturizer. PS - don't forget to use SPF if you peel in the morning!

• Is it safe to use a peel every day?

  Yes, not only is it safe to use the Alpha Beta® Daily Peels every day, but you will actually see the best results possible with consistent, daily use! If you're new to AHA's and BHA's we recommend starting with every other day application for 1-2 weeks and building to daily use.

• Should I use my Alpha Beta peel before or after I use my FaceWare Pro?

  Great question! Always remember to use your FaceWare Pro on clean, dry skin. Once you have done your 3-minute FaceWare Pro treatment, then use your Alpha Beta® Daily Peel and follow with your favorite Dr Dennis Gross Skincare serum and moisturizer.

• Can I use the Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Perfectly Dosed Treatment Peel after my Alpha Beta® Daily Peel?

  We recommend using the Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Perfectly Dosed Treatment Peel 1-3 times per week. On the nights you plan to use the Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Peel, please use your Alpha Beta® Daily Peel in the AM.

• Can the Alpha Beta Daily Peel be used on sensitive skin?
  Yes! The Alpha Beta Daily Peel is gentle, easy to use and designed to give you glowing results, not redness. We recommend first time peelers with sensitive skin and/or those nervous about peeling apply every other day until skin becomes acclimated.
• I'm new to the Alpha Beta daily peel - how do I know which flavor to choose?
  We're so glad to hear you're trying the Alpha Beta Daily Peel for the first time! Universal Strength is a good place for most users to start. If you're new to AHA's and BHA's, we recommend starting the AB Daily peels every other day for 1-2 weeks, eventually progressing to daily use. • Is it safe to use Retinol after peels?

  Not only is it safe, but the combination of Retinol and Alpha Beta® Daily peels will leave your skin glowing! Both our peels and retinol products are designed to be used together. If you have sensitive skin and/or are worried about irritation, you can use the peel in the morning and the retinol at night. If you are new to retinol, you can start by introducing retinol to your routine once or twice a week and gradually work your way up to everyday use.

• I've heard retinol is harsh. I'm nervous to try it!

  Not to worry, our Advanced Retinol + Ferulic line has been specially formulated to deliver the incredible anti-aging results Retinol is famous for while also taking special care to protect and hydrate the skin's moisture barrier. Our complete Advanced Retinol + Ferulic line is formulated to be effective but still gentle for even the most sensitive skin.

• Do the Alpha Beta peels expire?
  Our Alpha Beta peels do have a best by date which is conveniently stamped on each individually packaged peel.
• My Clinical Grade IPL Dark Spot Correcting Serum looks brown or darker than I expected. Is that normal?
  It is completely normal to see shade variations in IPL from light orange to a richer reddish brown. We work to source as many natural ingredients as possible for our products so the Vitamin C will naturally have different tones throughout the year just as an orange may be darker in one season and lighter in the next. Please be assured that the Vitamin C is tested to have the same efficacy regardless of the natural tint.
• Should I expect shade variations in my Alpha Beta® Exfoliating Body Treatment?

  Yes, for the Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Perfectly Dosed Treatment Peel, the color of the wipe will vary. While the wipe itself is solid white, the solution applied to the wipe may vary from light yellow to deeper brown. Retinol as an ingredient has a slight yellow tint that may deepen and present from light amber to deeper brown. All of our products are thoroughly lab tested for stability and efficacy, and this variation is an expected result and does not indicate a loss in product performance.

• Should I expect shade variations in my Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Perfectly Dosed Treatment Peel?

  Yes, for the Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Perfectly Dosed Treatment Peel, the color of the wipe will vary. • Do your products have an expiration date?
  Every product is stamped with its own PAO, or Period-After-Opening date, in which the product should be used. The time is indicated in months and can be found inside the symbol that is shaped like an open jar – Example: 12M. Please reference your product’s PAO when first opening to ensure you get the most use of your new product.
